I assume the skunk is crawling all over her shoulders to perform for the dogs, and not to get the hell away from everybody.

That's an unusually colored skunk compared to ours in the USA. I'll bet at first people are rather alarmed to see a skunk on a leash, but like all people (and dogs and cats) curiosity draws them close.

Umm, no. Just no. While I am 150% for therapy animals, they shouldn't be wild, even if attempts to socialize them are successful. With different circadian rhythms, this arrangement seems foolish at a minimum.
