I know nothing of soccer. Never played it, but it seems popular around here. I just don't do sports of any kind. Hubby doesn't either. We're good with that. I guess we're weird American's where sports are concerned.

Have a fabulous day. ♥

I am with you on soccer. Fun to play as a kid but then...

HOORAY FOR YOU! Soccer is extremely physical and very taxing. Our three grandchildren all play and even go on into high school playing. You are amazing!!

I do find it somewhat dull, but it is a good way to get a lot of energy out of kids.

I played soccer in junior high school and my greatest skill was outrunning the "big" girls who wanted to stomp my skinny butt. It was a great cardio workout, but no head butts from me either.

After high school, the professional team, the Rowdies came to Tampa and tried to make a go of soccer, but it fizzled. It was really one more thing to do on a date night, and the tortoise-slow scoring didn't matter because we weren't paying attention anyway.

The south is all about football and I didn't even know about soccer until my nephew played in high school. It's like hockey. I don't understand the rules. I coached cheerleaders for 15 years and loved it because high school football and basketball are awesome to me. It gave me a reason to attend the games and scream. LOL!

And then there are us hockey fans...😇
