I'm happy Relay is reunited with her family, but it boggles my mind how it came to be after 2 years!

BTW I'm not quite sure I understand a German Shepherd-Jack Russell mix, but I guess Mother Nature found a way.

That's so wonderful!! We have a case in CT...the woman's home was broken into and her dogs either escaped or were stolen. It will be three or four years in February, and we are all still holding out hope that the dogs will be located. This brings me hope that it could still happen.
