OMG, this is very near to us, and this information....why he "stole" the dog....has not hit my news until I saw it here. What a nice guy to be so concerned about his neighbor's pooch. rofl

I think this man should be in a mental hospital and not in jail... unless he's faking his drug-induced mania and then all bets are off. Trained professionals should be able to tell the difference.
