That's awesome the polar bears will be safe now. But really, who the hell can predict this stuff??

The global warming alarmists are shocked that it does look like the climate is cooling off... which is way worse.

Pamela | Something Wagging This Way Comes

You might want to reconsider the Infowars article as credible information. The high number of polar bears in the Hudson Bay area is because they're seeking out human settlements since they can't find enough food where they would normally be. It's not a sign of thriving.

I agree that Time magazine and many other media outlets write sloppy articles with alarmist headlines to sell copies. But that's why it's important for us to try to understand the science instead of reading media outlets trying to get the same eyeballs by "debunking" the bad articles written elsewhere.

And yeah, you're certainly right. The climate is not in a big hurry to become predictable.

I don't think I'll trade my bike in for a car just yet. :)

I've given up paying much attention...figure I'll be dead by the time California floods :)

Jerry

If they can convince us that it is our fault that the earth is warming--or cooling--or both? they can control everthing in our lives which is what they want.

What a hoax!

Jackie Bouchard

Like SlimDoggy, I'm hoping to be dead by the time the real poop starts to hit the fan, climate-wise. (Or geo-political-wise, or The Big One-wise, or any other-wise.)

Alternatively, if we are still around, hoping our home will become beach-front property when the sea levels rise. :)

Denny

What a hoax! It is also a crime! Why does Al Gore get away with it?

We are still losing Artic ice though and oil companies are rubbing their hands together with respect to oil deposits which are going to become tappable in Greenland and Iceland.

Jessica

It's extremely easy to cherry-pick climate change data and tell people what they want to hear, from either side. There's just so much information out there, and some of it does conflict. It's hard for humans to judge such monumentally long-term trends.

Linda

You were very brave to publish this post! I am of the mind of Denny!

I want to know whether global worming or ice age coming. Can we encounter ice age by CO2 emmition or use the HAARP which notoriously manipulate weather pattern? I wish our technology outweigh natural desaster.
