I have not heard of Mr. Rodrigue before and feel ashamed about only learning of him and his paintings after his death. Thank you for sharing this tribute.

I heard that he had died. I've loved his Blue Dog art for years now. How amazing would it be to own one??

Aw. This is very sad. I love the Blue Dog, especially knowing that he's from New Orleans.

I love the Blue Dog. I did not know how much the image was used to raise money for such good causes.

I never heard of him, so thank you for bringing him to my attention. Very sad that he passed, but wonderful about how much good he and his Blue Dog did for our world.

I've heard of the Blue Dog, but I had not heard of his creator's passing. RIP.
