what a terrific ending to a sad story...people that abuse dogs should be waterboarded...

I am thrilled at this happy ending. I have not forgotten the first story you wrote about these dogs. Hurray for some humans.

I'm so happy to read about this happy ending...since I read your original post, I've caught myself wondering about those two soul mates! Thanks for posting it, Jan...just in time for Christmas!

Perfect...there is nothing like an older dog/s for a pet. Big hurrah for this couple.

Diamond Emerald-Eyes

See...I knewed they'd find a home together!

How exciting for them! I am so happy they were able to find a home together :)

Wonderful outcome!

Thanks for posting the update Jan! That's the best Christmas story this year!

Miss Trashahassee

Wonderful, wonderful!

That is such an unlikely duo. I'm glad they got adopted together.

Leave it to animal lovers to show us the true meaning of Christmas!!!

How wonderful! And no, those are not tears in my eyes.

Tears filled my eyes on reading this joyous post. Such good news. :-)

What a great ending to their story! I wondered about the pair and was really hoping someone would adopt them together.

What a great ending that they found a home where they would be loved. We have Misty, a rescued ex-breeding poodle & we love her to bits. Vincent the poodle looks a lot like her. Glad they're happy. :-)
