I love your happy ending pet stories. So precious.

I linked this post to Awww Mondays.

Have a fabulous day, Jan. ☺

Driller's Place

Dogs rescue our hearts, it is only fitting that we should rescue them. Have a blessed day.

We have big piles of debris like that near the town dock we're on now. They tend to collect on rivers with strong currents.

I was wondering if they were strong enough to support a person's weight. So glad the rescuer found out it was.

Foley Monster, Pocket and River Song

That is a wonderful story. Saving a dog on water can be very dangerous and might be better for professionals. We are happy that everyone is safe

Linda

What a great idea! Training for how to rescue animals on water. Love it! And that this doggy was saved!

cube

That dog and that rescuer are lucky to be alive.

Granny Annie

It is hard not to applaud this story because it had a wonderful outcome. It could have ended so differently for the dog and the rescuer. Meanwhile, did they ever find the man who may have drowned?

Jodi Stone

I'm glad that he wasn't dumped. I suspected (due to the leash and collar) that he wasn't, but let's face it, the gene pool is contaminated with idiots, so you can never be sure.
