Is this not the most forlorn face you have seen for a while?
In Brazil, Jeova Vasconcelos was working in his garage when his three-month-old puppy somehow got her head stuck in the axle hole of a car wheel. After trying to get her free, Vasconcelos rushed her, wheel and all, to a nearby fire station.
Knowing that cutting through the wheel could have been fatal, three rescuers worked for over an hour finally managing to gently release her. Thus sparing her from wearing the world's largest dog collar.
The puppy is recovering well and, knowing puppies, probably didn’t learn anything at all from the experience. The story
And speaking of not learning from experience...
This puppy takes a flippin' but goes on lickin'

That picture is too cute! Puppies sure can be a handful. You can't turn your back on them for a minute.

That poor pup. Lucky the man who found him was caring.

Wow luckily someone found him and freed him from that giant collar. How did he get stuck anyway?

Bahahaha!
I think the underrated part of that video is the owners laughing. Holy cow. Of course it's a BT, too. Weird little dogs they are.
