I thought I had found another man secure enough in his masculinity to admit owning a tiny dog. But alas.
You would think that anyone who
- has taken his team to four Super Bowls and won three
- was selected to six Pro Bowls
- makes over $31 million a year
- is a lead pipe cinch to make the Football Hall of Fame
- is married to a millionaire supermodel
- has really great hair
…would have the balls to admit to owning a tiny dog. But no.
The Yorkie in the basket is his “wife’s dog.”
Apparently Tom Brady’s heart belongs only to Lua, his (illegally unregistered) Pit Bull.
While we admit that you look quite macho hanging with Lua, and
while we love Pit Bulls at The Poodle (and dog) blog, and
while we believe that Pit Bulls need all the good press they can get, and
while you make a great ambassador for the Pit Bull as a family dog...
Come on, Tom, man up.
Say proudly "Size does not matter. This tiny dog is mine."

I was not aware of Lua until I clicked your link. I am very glad that he did adopt her from a shelter (YAY), but yep he should have to follow the crazy law. LOL, & yes as you said, he should also have the balls to admit to the Yorkie :)

Many years ago, I took my car into the dealer for some brake work. In the waiting room was an old, seasoned marine with a tiny dog in his arms. He talked to it throughout my stay. I guess this is where Mr. Cube developed his reluctance to let us get a small dog.
My niece has a tiny chihuahua and when we're at my sister's house, Mr. Cube, who is a large man, will sit on the couch with this tiny chihuahua sitting on his chest. It is a very incongruous sight.
Mayhaps Brady has a similiar experience in his life.

Yeah, we know he plays bitey games with the Yorkie when no one's looking. Maybe someday he'll come out of the closet.
