I thought I would supplement doggie kibbles with ground beef patties.
So I bought a 5 pound package of frozen patties made by a family owned local company.
Then I read
Valley Meat Company Issues Ground Beef Recall
One million pounds of it.
Some irony here.

I wish I had a penny for every time the kids ate dog food, or cat food...nothing like hugging a kid and him/she smelling like alpo.

My girls never got into the cat or dog food that I know of, but I hear it's quite common. Kids have been getting into stuff for years and we have managed to survive as a species... so far.

I opened a can of "Pal" Beef Casserole with Vegetables once & it looked so good. I just had to try it & it really was good. I only had a small taste...
