Gomer sleeps on my bed on a special pillow that the cats occasionally lay claim to for a nap.

I start out the evening on the bed...
Until she gets in THEN I usually move to some favourite spots on the floor...
During the day, I rekhlaim the bed as MINE MINE MINE!

Elke had a dog bed we got at Sam's Club. It worked out well until we recently threw it out 'cause it was nasty. Since then, we've been using a large mat that she uses during the day, but at night she sneaks away and sleeps on the very soft carpet in the hallway outside our bedrooms. We don't mind that, but the bed is off limits.

Under our bed or on it. He usually starts under the bed, but by 5 am when I wake up he's nestled between us. After I get up he moves to my pillow for another 2 or 3 hours of beauty sleep.

My two gals take turns sleeping on the day bed in the living room, or my bed in my bedroom.

Georgie sleeps on the bed. She stretches out full length and allows the person a small amount of room. Gordy sleeps in the living room, either on the rug or the orthopedic dog bed. He is in charge of home security at night.

Pretty much wherever they want.

On what they refer to as "The Big Dog Bed" (i.e. the human bed). Sometimes they hog the pillows, too. (And no, we wouldn't have it any other way!) We have to have a king bed so that there is SOME room for my husband and myself. :-)

Ace sleeps on his dog bed next to my bed. Although I move his bed around. Sometimes it's downstairs, sometimes it's in the hall, sometimes it's in my office. He sleeps wherever his bed happens to be.

Shoot, where DON'T they sleep would be a shorter question to answer. On the beds, under the beds, on the back of the futon (the better to peer out the window), on the couch, UNDER the couch in a secret hidey-hole discovered by the Pomeranian, in a special chair near my computer, on all the other chairs, in my lap, and (if there's a laptop already occupying the lap) in a dog bed.

The dog bed is sometimes the last choice.

My young blonde lab retriever mix sleeps with me but when I'm out and about she has her own cuddly bed.
