Roswell, New Mexico has added a canine costume show to their annual UFO celebration held this past weekend.
Showing off their extra-terrestrial fashion sense, dogs from all over competed.
This is Meatball, a 13 week old Chihuahua from Arvado Colorado, who was one of the prize winners. He is obviously thrilled with his accomplishment.
The event held in commemoration of an alleged flying saucer landing in 1947, includes a parade, fireworks, films, speakers, conferences, live entertainment and of course an assortment of Martians and Coneheads.

i lived in roswell..my oldest son was born there.and maryjo's father's family are still there.i always said that is why they were so fecking weird..they were really aliens..

Well... all we can say is that we had a close encounter with an unidentified flying object earlier today during our walk... turned out it was an unclaimed tennis ball. Of course, I brought it home and wouldn't let it out of my mouth.
I did however, drop it long enough to write this review... which is what my son Sebastien and I do. We review dog movies, dog tv, and dog videos. I guess you might say that now we review dog blogs as well.
We love the range of this site. You have an eclectic sense of all things dog, and we give you a DBR 4 paw review... (best you can get.)

I saw a movie once about dogs from space but can't remember the title & the alien leader of them all was called the Greater Dane
