Tinker Bell, a six pound Chihuahua, was blown away from a flea market by high winds of a spring Michigan storm.
More than 50 volunteers helped owners Dorothy and Lavern Utley, a couple in their 70’s, search for their dog who blew away in the 70 mph winds on Saturday. Following a two day search the couple consulted a pet psychic on Monday.
After talking with the psychic, they headed to a wooded field about three-quarters of a mile away from the flea market.
And there they found Tinker Bell, very dirty and very hungry.
"We were shocked when we found her," said Dorothy Utley. "You don't know how happy we were. We love her so much."
"That dog was so happy," Utley said. "She just went wild. She was so hungry and we had to bathe her." From the Detroit News

Yeah! one for the good guys.
I'm impressed. Finding lost animals is something I was never really good at. They make their energy so SMALL when they are scared. I'm so tired of hearing stories from "Pet Psychics" who are obviously not. It's so refreshing to hear such a wonderful story!

That's such good news. I remember reading about this a day or two ago and was so worried.

What a way to travel! I wonder how those psychics can know that stuff.

That poor little dog will probably panic now every time she feels a gust of wind.

How did the psychic know?

I want to believe in psychic ability because it sounds so cool, but I remain skeptical. I think psychics are very observant people who use common sense. The dog was found in a field 3/4 of a mile away... Geez, where else would the dog blow off to from Michigan ... Poughkeepsie?

God Bless Tinker bell!! I too have a small dog and I couldn't even watch the news when the story broke but was so happy to hear the end results. On saturday after that storm, I passed the flea market. Once again, Tinker Bell, we all love you!!!

i wonder what kind of trauma that dog will undergo. i hope the Pet Psychic actually follows through and guides the whole family and pet to a better relationship, free of trauma.
