Don’t you wonder if dogs know how stupid some people around them can be?
A 25-year-old woman from Washington has been arrested for second-degree assault on her boy friend.
It all started when she objected to his dog being in the bathroom while they were taking a shower together. She told him that if the dog wouldn’t stay out, she didn’t want to be his girl friend anymore. He responded (understandably) that maybe his next girl friend would appreciate the dog more and called her a name (presumably not her own name).
According to the police report, she then punched him in the face and threw a picture frame at him, which broke and cut him. As they wrestled naked, the man dislocated his shoulder.
Police don’t care who started it or why, or who said what. They are only concerned with who is injured and that would be him. So she was taken to the county jail on an assault charge.
Bail was set at $50,000.

The ironic thing is that the name he probably called her is a widely accepted name for female dogs.

I had written to Mickey earlier about the joke about knitting little sweaters for the cucumber crop in Florida when it gets really cold. I said I didn't think humans were THAT silly.

One or the other of our two dogs must always be in the bathroom with whoever is using it, for their own good reasons.

I am so glad he didn't cave and toss the dog into rescue or the shelter like most people do. Good riddance to her!! Better find out now then when she takes half!
