More and more communities are passing strict laws for dog owners to remove doggy doodoo from streets and parkways. Veterinarian Dr. Mike Thomann has invented an ingenious new pooper scooper, the Sanitation-Safety Stick.
The lighted S3-Sanitation-Safety Stick is a poop scoop that serves as a walking stick and a flashlight for night walks. It can be used for dog walking, camping or cleaning up the yard. It measures 24” by 4”, weighs less that two pounds and he says it is easy to clean (good to know).

The S3 has a handle, scoops and storage compartment and can be used with or without standard plastic bags. It's guaranteed to pick up any stool, fresh or hard, on any surface (also good to know).
Priced at $19.95, this seems like a practical product for the dog owner at a reasonable price.

If I lived in the city I'd absolutely buy this; but as it is with an acre to run on my dog doesn't go for too many walks and when she does she very rarely goes potty lol

Wow. So much better than the plastic baggies I use! That's something I'd probably consider buying too....saved the site.
Have a great Thanksgiving!

We don't have a dog any more, but I would have loved to have had this when we did! Sounds great, and I can see why they are sold out. The price is reasonable, too.

I found the best pooper scooper on the planet; it's a green product, uses biodegradable bags that cover the tool and the tool stays clean and oderless. Tool adjustable, lighweight and the pick up end is flexible and thin to dispose of "less than solid droppings". I scoop my entire yard (10-20 droppings) with one bag. Just Love It!!!

I have a patent pending on a leash that carries full bags of poop - got the attention of "As Seen on TV" ! They are currently running ads in several test markets - if enough sell between now and May 3rd, they'll go national! Check out www.kakadutyleashes.com
